Do you love haircare and beauty?
We are hiring 5 Beauty Advisors to support the Canadian market for a top global beauty brand. You will be based in Athens-Greece, working with a supportive, international team.
Who Can Apply:
🌍EU Citizens: Eligible to apply directly.
🌍Non-EU Citizens: Must hold a valid EU Residence Permit or other legal work authorization in Greece.
✔ Clean criminal record (from Greek authorities – required before hiring)
🚫 We cannot accept candidates on a Specific Purpose Work Permit. Transitional permits may be considered.
What we’re looking for:
🗣️ Fluent in French and English (spoken & written)
🔍 Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
💬Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within the beauty industry – required
💖 Passion for haircare and the ability to offer personalized product recommendations
What you’ll do:
🎧 Engage with customers across voice, chat, and email channels
🧴 Provide expert product advice on professional haircare products and help customers choose the right solutions for their needs
🌐 Support customers in both French and English (native or near-native proficiency required)
⭐ Resolve inquiries quickly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional brand experience every time
