What we’re looking for:
🗣️ Fluent in German C1 level and English B2 level (spoken & written)
🔍 Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
What you’ll do:
📞 Handle inbound calls & emails from German-speaking customers
🤝 Provide support for three key product areas:
• Voucher Services – cleaning, groceries & transport assistance 🛒🧹
• Electronic Vouchers & Cards – lunch, sport & gift cards 🥗🏋️🎁
• B2B Services – help companies manage employee benefits 🏢💼
🗂️Complete administrative tasks efficiently
🤝Follow company procedures and collaborate with internal teams

Work Schedule:
