Who Can Apply:
🌍EU Citizens: Eligible to apply directly.
🌍Non-EU Citizens: Must have a legal document and or an EU Residence Permit.
What we’re looking for:
🗣️ Fluent in German(C1/C2 level) and English(B2+ level) (both written & spoken)
Qualifications & Requirements:
🎓 Technical background in Electrical Engineering, IT, or related fields
🛠️ Experience in technical support
⏰ Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights (remote for night shifts)
🏠🤝 Ability to work independently from home and collaborate effectively onsite
What you’ll do:
🔌 Provide 1st & 2nd line tech support for Siemens VersiCharge EV chargers
🛠️ Troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, connectivity & config issues (remote + onsite)
💬 Communicate with German business clients, handling technical & operational queries
📊 Support platform use – charger registration, monitoring, energy management & access
📝 Document cases & escalate complex problems while suggesting improvements
👨🏫 Guide & train field technicians and end-users
🏭 Join on-site training in Lisbon factory + continuous professional development

• 23:00–08:00 (remote from home)
