What we’re looking for:
🗣️ Fluent Italian (C2 level) & strong English (B2 level) (spoken and written)
✅ Strong communicator with a calm, proactive mindset
💻 Comfortable using MS Office
🌍 Customer-focused, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills

💬 Assist customers with general inquiries and technical support via phone, email, chat & social media
🤝 Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction

Work Setup:
- Full remote or office-based (depending on agreement)
- Training: 3 weeks from home
- WFH requires a dedicated space and meeting internet speed standards

🕐 Work Schedule:
• Work 5 days/week with 2 fixed days off 💤
• Shifts between 08:00–00:00 (rotational)
